  • Fortified whole grain products have folate and iron.

Beef, poultry, fish, dried beans, eggs, and nuts:

  • Eat 3 servings a day.

You need a little fat in your diet for yourself and your fetus. Fats provide long-term energy for growth and are necessary for brain development.
